Caleb Renn turned in yet another pitching appearance with fewer than three hits surrendered on Wednesday. He didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits over five innings pitched, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. What's more, he posted four strikeouts, the most he's had since back in March of 2024.

Looking ahead, Renn and Holly Springs will challenge Middle Creek at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. The two teams are at an even 5-5 against one another since March of 2019, but likely not for long.
