Volleyball Recap: Central Spartans vs. Calexico Bulldogs
Central managed to slip by Calexico the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Spartans came up short against the Bulldogs on Tuesday, falling 3-0. The Spartans were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Bulldogs earlier this season, when they won 3-2.
The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-21, 25-15.
Calexico had a senior duo take command as Gerardo Diaz had 42 digs and five aces and Jose Pablo Reyna had 13 digs, two aces, and one block.
