Pahranagat Valley never let their opponents score on Friday. Everything went their way against the Beatty Hornets as they made off with a 19-0 victory. The result was nothing new for the Panthers, who have now won ten games by six runs or more so far this season.

Evie Davis was a major factor no matter where she played. She pitched three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than two walks in three consecutive appearances. She was also solid in the batter's box, scoring a run while going 3-for-4. That's the most hits she has posted since back in April of 2024.

In other batting news, Mylah Stout was a standout: she got on base in all four of her plate appearances with one home run and three RBI. Another player making a difference was Cami Cannon, who went 2-for-4 with one home run and four RBI.

Pahranagat Valley was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .690. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a batting average of .381 or higher in five consecutive matches.

Pahranagat Valley is on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-7 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 16.1 runs over those games. As for Beatty, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-7.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Pahranagat Valley beat the Hornets by a score of 18-0 later that day.
