Basketball Game Preview: North Miami Warriors vs. Southern Wells Raiders

The North Miami Warriors will face off against the Southern Wells Raiders at 7:45 p.m. on Friday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with four consecutive losses for North Miami and 20 for Southern Wells dating back to last season.

North Miami came up into this matchup off a tough 30-point defeat on Friday. This time they kept things ultra-competitive, but unfortunately the final result was the same. They fell just short of Lakeland Christian Academy by a score of 56-54 on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, Southern Wells took a blow against Anderson Prep Academy on Tuesday, falling 82-45.

Southern Wells' loss dropped their record down to 0-17. As for North Miami, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-13.

North Miami might still be hurting after the 75-52 loss they got from Southern Wells in their previous meeting back in February of 2024. Can North Miami avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
