Everything went the Centurions' way against the Cobden Appleknockers as they made off with a 14-3 win. Considering the Centurions have won three matchups by more than nine runs this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

Adam Taake made a big impact no matter where he played. He struck out 14 batters over six innings while giving up just two earned (and one unearned) runs off five hits. That's the most strikeouts he has posted since back in April of 2024. He was also stellar in the batter's box, going 2-for-3 with four RBI, one run, and one double.
