The Falcon Falcons will square off against the Doherty Spartans at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Doherty took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Falcon, who comes in off a win.

Having struggled with four losses in a row, Falcon turned things around against Widefield on Friday. They managed a 17-12 win over the Gladiators.

Falcon didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Joshua Mahoney and Krik Mielke. Falcon got some further help from Everett Sawyer: he made 13 total tackles (4.0 for loss).

Meanwhile, Doherty was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They were beaten by Montrose 55-6. The Spartans were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 48-0.

Falcon's victory bumped their record up to 3-4. As for Doherty, their loss dropped their record down to 2-5.
