Recap: Staten Island Academy Tigers vs. Fieldston Eagles
On Wednesday, things could have been worse for Staten Island Academy, but they could have been a whole lot better as they took a 67-48 loss to the Eagles.
Fieldston's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Jade ling Eng-stewart, who scored 38 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Eng-stewart has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Sarah Weinick, who scored 20 points.
Staten Island Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Fieldston, the win (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 17-2.
Coincidentally, both teams will both be playing Dalton the next time they take the court. Fieldston will head out to face Dalton at 4:30 p.m. on Friday, while Staten Island Academy will head out to face them at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
