Football Recap: Vudrico Roberson's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Haltom over Bowie + How To Watch

Haltom lost against Bowie back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Buffalos fell 30-20 to the Volunteers. The game marked the Buffalos' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Haltom's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Vudrico Roberson, who rushed for 132 yards and one touchdown. Roberson showed off some serious burst, turning on the afterburners on one carry for 66 yards. Another receiver making a difference was Elijah Lewis, who gained 82 total yards and a touchdown.

Haltom moved to 3-5 with that loss, which also ended their three-game winning streak. As for Bowie, the victory (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 6-2.
