After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Plainville, Middletown was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They managed a 43-38 victory over the Wethersfield Eagles. The Blue Dragons haven't had any issues with the Eagles recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.

Middletown's victory bumped their record up to 4-12. As for Wethersfield, they are on an 11-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-13.

Looking ahead, Middletown will challenge Maloney at 6:45 p.m. on Monday. As for Wethersfield, they will venture away from home to square off against Platt at 6:45 p.m. on Monday. Platt has been dominant on offense recently, having racked up an incredible 211 points over their last three games.
