Softball Game Preview: Bowsher BlueRacers vs. Rogers Rams

Bowsher is 2-8 against Rogers since April of 2018 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Friday. The BlueRacers will host the Rams at 5:00 p.m. Bowsher has given up an average of 15 runs per game this season, but Friday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Bowsher is headed into Friday's game looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their 12th straight game dating back to last season on Thursday. They lost 22-0 to Port Clinton.

Meanwhile, Rogers was not able to break out of their rough patch two weeks ago as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They fell 12-7 to Emmanuel Christian.

Da'Mya Boles made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-3 with one triple, one stolen base, and one run. She also hit a double, marking her first of the season. Stacey Kynard was another key player, going 1-for-4 with two stolen bases, two runs, and one RBI.

Bowsher's loss dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Rogers, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-5.
