Flag Football Recap: Kennedy Comes Up Short

Kennedy's game on Monday was all tied up 7-7 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They fell 14-7 to the Valencia Tigers. The Fighting Irish were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Tigers earlier this season, when they won 12-7.

The critical scores for Valencia came from Camil Castill-Patino and Kendra Moyer.

This is the second loss in a row for Kennedy and nudges their season record down to 9-7. As for Valencia, their victory was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 14-3.

Kennedy didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 19-13 win against Laguna Hills on the 13th. As for Valencia, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next matchup, a 19-0 victory against Westminster on the 8th.
