Plainfield had already won 11 in a row and they went ahead and made it 12 on Thursday. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Carmel Greyhounds. For the Quakers, this counts as revenge for the 2-0 win the Greyhounds walked away with the last time they faced one another back in October of 2024.

Plainfield had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The match finished with set scores of 20-25, 25-23, 25-22, 25-22.

Among those leading the charge was Savannah Brock, who had 20 digs and one assist. Those 20 digs gave her a new career-high.

Plainfield's record is now 22-4. As for Carmel, they dropped their record down to 10-13 with the loss, which was their third straight at home.

Plainfield wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-1 defeat against Westfield on the 4th. Carmel has also already played their next matchup (against McCutcheon), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
