Recap: Wilson Prep Tigers vs. North Moore Mustangs
Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only the Wilson Prep Tigers walked away with it. They blew past North Moore 42-15 at home. Winning may never get old, but Wilson Prep sure are getting used to it with their 11th in a row.
Leading Wilson Prep to victory were Christian Richardson and Travon Usher. Richardson rushed for 119 yards and three touchdowns on only nine carries, while Usher rushed for 151 yards and two touchdowns on only eight carries. Khamani Barnes was another key contributor, rushing for 112 yards on only seven carries.
Despite the loss, North Moore still got an impressive performance from Kolby Ritchie, who gained 78 total yards and a touchdown.
Wilson Prep has yet to lose a contest at home this season, leaving them with a 11-1 record. As for North Moore, their defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 10-3.
Wilson Prep will head out on the road to face off against West Columbus at 7:00 p.m. on November 24th. West Columbus is also coming in off of a big victory, so somebody is in for a big reversal of fortune. North Moore does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
