Volleyball Game Preview: Wheat Ridge Farmers vs. Standley Lake Gators + How To Watch

Wheat Ridge hasn't had much luck against Standley Lake recently, but that could start to change on Monday. The Farmers will head out to square off against the Gators at 5:30 p.m.

Wheat Ridge came up short against Conifer on Thursday, falling 3-0.

The final score came out to 25-9, 25-15, 25-7.

Meanwhile, Standley Lake had already won seven in a row and they went ahead and made it eight on Thursday. Everything went their way against the Panthers as they made off with a 3-0 win.

Standley Lake was especially dominant in the third set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-20, 25-5.

Wheat Ridge better keep an eye on Maryn Paulson. She was instrumental in Standley Lake's win, getting 13 digs and one assist.

Wheat Ridge's defeat dropped their record down to 7-9. As for Standley Lake, their victory bumped their record up to 15-2.

Wheat Ridge might still be hurting after the 3-0 loss they got from Standley Lake in their previous matchup back in October of 2024. Can the Farmers avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
