Baseball Recap: Aurora Comes Up Short

Aurora was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 2-1 to the Twin River Titans, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Huskies of the 15-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2024.

Aurora's loss dropped their record down to 2-10. As for Twin River, with the win, they broke their five-game losing streak and moved their record to 5-6.

Aurora has already played their next match (against Thurston-Cuming County), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Twin River, they will take on Douglas County West at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
