Basketball Recap: Friendship Takes a Loss

Friendship lost against Genesee Valley back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Friendship Golden Eagles took a blow against the Genesee Valley Jaguars, falling 48-14.

Friendship dropped their record down to 3-13 with the loss, which was their sixth straight at home. As for Genesee Valley, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 10-7 record this season.

Looking ahead, Friendship will take on Bolivar-Richburg at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Friendship is facing Bolivar-Richburg at the right time seeing as Bolivar-Richburg is stuck on a three-game losing streak. Genesee Valley does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
