Basketball Recap: Andrada Polytechnic Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Andrada Polytechnic was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 15th straight defeat. They were beaten by the Empire Ravens 51-24. The Mavericks lost against the Ravens in their previous head to head back in January of 2025, too, but the margin this time around was much closer than the 89-19 score last time.

Despite the loss, Andrada Polytechnic still got an impressive performance from Brandon Hain-Basurto, who posted 12 points.

Andrada Polytechnic's loss dropped their record down to 1-19. As for Empire, their victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 9-14.

Andrada Polytechnic didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 78-23 defeat against Sabino on the 3rd. As for Empire, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 70-45 loss against Thatcher on the 3rd.
