Volleyball Recap: Wall Continues Home Dominance on Tuesday

There's no place like home for Wall, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Midland Christian Mustangs on Tuesday. For the Hawks, this counts as revenge for the 3-0 win the Mustangs walked away with the last time they faced one another back in August of 2024.

Wall had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The final score came out to 19-25, 29-27, 25-21, 25-17.

Wall pushed their record up to 6-3 with the victory, which was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season. As for Midland Christian, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Looking ahead, Wall will take on Lubbock at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. After both having extra time off, Midland Christian and San Angelo Central will shake off the rust and duke it out at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
