Soccer Game Preview: Midlothian Heritage vs. Celina

Midlothian Heritage's defense heads into the match hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Friday. They blew past Terrell 8-0. The Jaguars' defense has been rock solid lately; the team hasn't given up a goal in their last three games.

Their offense was hitting Terrell from everywhere, as five different players booted in a goal. Chandler Wheat led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for four goals all by herself.

Meanwhile, Celina entered their tilt with Poteet on Thursday with 17 consecutive wins , and they'll enter their next game with 18. Everything went their way against the Pirates as they made off with a 3-0 victory. Given the Bobcats' advantage in MaxPreps' Texas soccer rankings (they are ranked 31st, while the Pirates are ranked 199th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
