Interlake is a perfect 4-0 against Evergreen since October of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Saints will welcome the Wolverines at 7:00 p.m. Evergreen took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Interlake, who comes in off a win.

Interlake will roll into the contest after a wild two-game stretch: they only put up seven points two weeks ago, then bounced right back against Highline last Thursday. The Saints took their matchup with ease, bagging a 48-13 win over the Pirates. The Saints pushed the score to 35-7 by the end of the third, a deficit the Pirates had little chance of recovering from.

Julian Hayes was a one-man wrecking crew as he rushed for 72 yards and three touchdowns, and also threw for 234 yards and a pair of TDs. Those three rushing touchdowns gave him a new career-high.

Interlake's run defense was locked in: Highline could only muster 3.5 yards per carry. The Saints didn't have any issues in that department, having averaged 5.6.

Interlake didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. It was truly a group effort as Max Stephenson, Erik Sanchez, and Zachary Diaz picked up one apiece.

Meanwhile, Evergreen fell victim to Annie Wright and their airtight defense on Friday. They had to suffer through a 49-0 loss at the hands of the Gators. The Wolverines have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Evergreen's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Interlake, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Everything came up roses for Interlake against Evergreen in their previous meeting back in September of 2024, as the team secured a 48-0 victory. Do the Saints have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Wolverines turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
