Football Game Preview: Coral Springs Charter Panthers vs. South Broward Bulldogs

The Coral Springs Charter Panthers are taking a road trip to take on the South Broward Bulldogs at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Each of these teams will be battling to keep a three-game winning streak alive.

Coral Springs Charter gave up the first points on Wednesday, but they didn't let that get them down. They put the hurt on Coral Springs with a sharp 26-6 win. The result was nothing new for the Panthers, who have now won three matches by 20 points or more so far this season.

Ali Rodriquez had an outrageously good game as she rushed for 50 yards and two touchdowns, and also threw for 155 yards and two touchdowns.

Meanwhile, South Broward's rock-solid defense showed up for the team's third consecutive shutout on Wednesday. They blew past Flanagan 39-0. The Bulldogs' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

South Broward pushed their record up to 4-3 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 0.0 points on average over those games. As for Coral Springs Charter, their win bumped their record up to 4-1.
