Volleyball Game Preview: North Polar Bears vs. Douglas Tigers

North hasn't had much luck against Douglas recently, but that could start to change on Wednesday. The Polar Bears will welcome the Tigers at 4:45 p.m. Considering both teams were shutout in their prior games, the pair is probably coming into this one with something to prove.

North came up short against Notre Dame Academy on Monday, falling 3-0.

The final score came out to 25-9, 25-16, 25-10.

Meanwhile, Douglas lost 3-0 to Nipmuc Regional on Monday. The defeat continues a trend for the Tigers in their meetings with the Warriors: they've now lost eight in a row.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-8, 25-14.

Douglas' loss dropped their record down to 5-10. As for North, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-10.
