Volleyball Recap: Combs Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Combs was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They fell 3-1 to the Poston Butte Broncos. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Broncos this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-2 back in September.

The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-15, 19-25, 25-20.

Chloe Gonzales paced Combs' offense, picking up 20 kills. Gonzales got some help from Ambriah Lujan and her 22 assists. Bailee McGhan controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Aracely Pi?a had a dynamite game For Poston Butte., getting 23 digs and two aces. What's more, Pi?a racked up 17 assists, the most she's had over her last nine contests.

Combs' defeat dropped their record down to 10-21. As for Poston Butte, their victory ended a four-match drought at home and bumped them up to 12-18.
