Ferndale has gone 8-2 against Clarkston recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The Ferndale Eagles will take on the Clarkston Wolves in a holiday battle at at 7:00 p.m. After the two teams made easy work of their previous opponents, one won't be so lucky on Monday.

Meanwhile, Clarkston put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They put the hurt on Northville with a sharp 66-40 win. The Wolves have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won three matchups by 26 points or more this season.

Clarkston's victory bumped their record up to 5-0. As for Ferndale, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-5.

Everything came up roses for Ferndale against Clarkston when the teams last played back in February, as the squad secured an 84-52 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Ferndale since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
