Volleyball Recap: Solon Comes Up Short

Solon was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their tenth straight loss. They came up short against the Wadsworth Grizzlies, falling 3-0. The Comets were not able to make up for their defeat to the Grizzlies from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

The final score came out to 25-19, 25-12, 25-20.

Solon's loss dropped their record down to 2-11. As for Wadsworth, they pushed their record up to 9-1 with the win, which was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Solon didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-1 defeat against Hudson on the 18th. As for Wadsworth, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 3-0 victory against North Royalton on the 18th.
