Basketball Recap: Dundy County-Stratton Extends Home Winning Streak to Seven

Dundy County-Stratton had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 26.3 points) and they went ahead and made it four on Thursday. They came out on top against the Hitchcock County Falcons by a score of 56-43. This was a revenge game for the Tigers: when they faced off against the Falcons back in January, they had to take a 57-55 loss.

Dundy County-Stratton's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Ethan Latta led the charge by going 6-for-10 to rack up 18 points and six assists. The dominant performance also gave Latta a new career-high in blocks (two). Another player making a difference was Lane Bybee, who went 9-for-11 en route to 18 points.
