            Softball Recap: Grand Blanc Bobcats vs. Heritage Hawks        
        
		
        
        
            Grand Blanc put their dominant pitcher on display in the team's third consecutive shutout  on Thursday. They put the hurt on the Heritage Hawks with a sharp  8-0 victory. The Bobcats haven't had any issues with the Hawks recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive  win against them.
 Savannah Schultz made a splash while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound,   not allowing a single  earned run and  allowing only  one  hit while striking out 12 over seven innings pitched. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't  given up  more than two  walks in 11 consecutive appearances. She was also stellar in the batter's box,  going 3-for-4 with one  home run, three  RBI,  and one  triple. That's the most  hits  she has posted since back in May of 2024.
 In other batting news,  the team  relied heavily on  Hannah Johnson, who  went 2-for-4 with two  stolen bases, one  run,  and one  RBI. Another player making a difference was  Ella Stevenson, who  got on base  in all four of her plate appearances.
 Grand Blanc  kept the outfield on their toes and  finished the game with 14  hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now  got at least ten  hits in four consecutive  games.
