Football Recap: Voyageur Academy's Undefeated Season over After Three Games

Voyageur Academy blew Ecorse out of the water the last time the pair played, but on Friday Ecorse got their revenge. The Cougar fell just short of the Raiders by a score of 14-12. The match was a 6-6 toss-up at halftime, but the Cougar couldn't quite close it out.

Having lost for the first time this season, Voyageur Academy fell to 2-1. As for Ecorse, they pushed their record up to 3-0 with the victory, which was their third straight at home.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Voyageur Academy is set to square off against their familiar foe Chandler Park Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Ecorse will take on rival Michigan Collegiate at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.
