Basketball Recap: Jamestown Takes a Loss

Jamestown was the 51-42 winner over Warhill when they last played one another back in January, but their luck changed this time around. The Jamestown Eagles received a blow on Friday as they fell 50-32 to the Warhill Lions. The matchup marked the Eagles' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

This is the second loss in a row for Jamestown and nudges their season record down to 4-2. As for Warhill, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 5-2.

Jamestown won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Warwick at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for Warhill, they also won't have to wait long for more action: they'll square off against Greensville County at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday.
