They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Mount Hope Christian Academy 74-32 on the road. The matchup was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 45-16.
Kayley Trump was a one-man wrecking crew for Mercer Christian Academy as she dropped a double-double on 26 points and 11 steals. Another player making a difference was Ella Botts, who scored 19 points along with 6 rebounds and 4 steals.
Mount Hope Christian Academy's lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being MCKENNA JONES, who scored 8 points along with 5 rebounds and 3 steals. SOPHIE PACK was another key contributor, scoring 10 points along with 5 rebounds.
Even though they lost, Mount Hope Christian Academy were working as a unit and finished the game with 11 assists. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Mercer Christian Academy only racked up 19.
