Archbishop McCarthy strolled into their game on Saturday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Sunlake Seahawks.

Archbishop McCarthy easily took the second set, but they let things get interesting in the other. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-13.

Archbishop McCarthy's victory bumped their record up to 7-0. As for Sunlake, with the loss, they broke their seven-game winning streak and moved their record to 7-2.

Looking ahead, Archbishop McCarthy will head out on the road to square off against Gulliver Prep at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Sunlake, they will host East Lake at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
