Volleyball Game Preview: Roy Royals vs. Northridge Knights

Roy is 0-10 against Northridge since September of 2019 but things could change on Friday. The Royals will venture away from home to challenge the Knights at 6:00 p.m.

Roy lost 3-0 to Fremont on Tuesday.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-6, 25-17.

Meanwhile, Northridge waltzed into their match last Tuesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They put the hurt on the Lakers with a sharp 3-0 victory.

Northridge never let Bonneville on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. The final score came out to 25-14, 25-22, 25-16.

Roy better keep an eye on Sailor Farner. She was instrumental in Northridge's win, getting ten digs and two aces. That's the most digs Farner has posted over her last seven matchups.

Roy's loss dropped their record down to 12-15. As for Northridge, their win bumped their record up to 17-11.

Roy might still be hurting after the 3-0 defeat they got from Northridge when the teams last played back in September. Can the Royals avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
