The Falcons were dealt a 47-8 defeat at the hands of the Bay Area Christian Broncos on Friday. The Falcons have struggled against the Broncos recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.

When it comes to explaining why Frassati Catholic lost, don't look at Mikey Johnston. Despite the final result, he rushed for 139 yards while picking up 7.3 yards per carry. Johnston's rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his third straight game with at least 116 rushing yards.

Among those leading the charge was Andrew Cresswell, who threw for 96 yards and three touchdowns while completing 71.4% of his passes, and also rushed for 30 yards.

Frassati Catholic's loss dropped their record down to 1-8. As for Bay Area Christian, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-2.
