Softball Recap: St. Andrew's Episcopal Comes Up Short

St. Andrew's Episcopal was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their tenth straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 23-0 to the Flint Hill Huskies. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Lions of the 10-3 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2024.

St. Andrew's Episcopal's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Flint Hill, their win bumped their record up to 3-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. St. Andrew's Episcopal is headed away from home for the first time to face off against National Cathedral at 4:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Flint Hill, they will square off against Trinity Episcopal at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. The Huskies' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Titans have averaged an impressive 7.4 runs per game this season.
