Basketball Game Preview: Paul W. Bryant Stampede vs. Hale County Wildcats

On Thursday, Paul W. Bryant was able to grind out a solid win over Northridge, taking the game 62-52.

Meanwhile, Hale County entered their game against Northridge on Tuesday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. Hale County was beaten by Northridge 86-47.

Paul W. Bryant is on a roll lately: they've won 13 of their last 14 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 15-5 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 65.2 points per game. As for Hale County, their defeat ended a seven-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 10-6.

Paul W. Bryant took their victory against Hale County when the teams last played back in November of 2024 by a conclusive 69-47. The rematch might be a little tougher for Paul W. Bryant since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
