Softball Recap: Parsippany Hills Comes Up Short

If Parsippany Hills was feeling good fresh off their 17-5 takedown of Mount Olive last Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Vikings came up short against the Morristown Colonials on Monday, falling 15-5. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Vikings of the 9-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in May of 2024.

Parsippany Hills' loss dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Morristown, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-1.

Parsippany Hills wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 20-5 win against Newton on the 15th. As for Morristown, they have also already played their next contest, a 7-5 victory against Butler on the 16th.
