Basketball Recap: Waterford Comes Up Short

Waterford was the 84-66 winner over Alexander when they last played one another back in December of 2021, but their luck changed this time around. The Waterford Wildcats took a 49-44 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Alexander Spartans.

Waterford's defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 3-5. As for Alexander, the victory snapped their losing streak at seven games and leaves them with a 2-7 record.

Waterford will host Fisher Catholic at 7:30 p.m. on January 6, 2025. As for Alexander, they will head out to take on Huntington at 7:30 p.m. on January 4, 2025.
