Baseball Recap: Hale Takes a Loss

Hale was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 13th straight defeat dating back to last season. They came up short against the Atlanta Huskies, falling 21-2. The Eagles were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Huskies apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in May of 2017.

Hale saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was BLAKE CHRIVIA, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one stolen base and one run.

Hale's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Atlanta, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-6.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Hale will square off against Au Gres-Sims at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Atlanta, they will face off against Wolverine at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
