Basketball Recap: MacArthur Comes Up Short + How To Watch

If MacArthur was feeling good fresh off their 55-28 takedown of Woodson on Wednesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Mammoths took a 65-53 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Roosevelt Roughriders on Friday.

Roosevelt was led to victory by Gabriel Hudgens and Sean Hall. Hudgens went 5-for-9 to rack up 12 points along with six steals and five assists, while Hall shot 71% from the field on his way to 10 points and three steals. Hall is on a roll when it comes to shooting accuracy, as he's posted one of at least 50% in the last eight games he's played dating back to last season. Elijah Hall was another key player, shooting 56% from the field en route to 10 points and five rebounds.

MacArthur's loss dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Roosevelt, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 5-1.
