WACO had already won four in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 7.3 points) and they went ahead and made it five on Tuesday. They took down the Wapello Indians 51-36. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 41-28 back in November of 2024.

WACO pushed their record up to 6-2 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. As for Wapello, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-8.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. WACO will welcome Iowa Valley at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Wapello, they will look to defend their home court on Friday against Pekin at 6:00 p.m. Pekin has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.
