Kyler Sapp gave up the fewest earned runs he has since back in April on Thursday. Camden-Frontier had no answer to Sapp as he didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit while striking out six over five innings pitched. Sapp also tossed no earned runs, which is notable because Edon is undefeated when he allows at most one earned run, but 5-6 otherwise.

Looking ahead, Sapp and Edon will face off against Wauseon at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. The last time these two faced off, Sapp and Co. were forced to settle for a 5-3 loss.
