Soccer Recap: West Bend East Takes a Loss

After soaring to 11 goals the game before, West Bend East was a bit more limited in their contest on Tuesday. They lost 3-0 to the Port Washington Pirates. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Port Washington this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 4-0 on September 4th.

West Bend East has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-8 record this season. As for Port Washington, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 13-3-2.

West Bend East wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next matchup, a 9-1 loss against Kewaskum on the 2nd. As for Port Washington, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-1 defeat against Kettle Moraine Lutheran on the 2nd.
