Softball Recap: Milwaukie/Milwaukie Academy of the Arts Takes a Loss

Milwaukie/Milwaukie Academy of the Arts lost against Canby on Friday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Mustangs came up short against the Cougars, falling 20-3. The Mustangs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Milwaukie/Milwaukie Academy of the Arts' defeat dropped their record down to 6-17. As for Canby, the victory (which was their 13th in a row) raised their record to 18-6.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Milwaukie/Milwaukie Academy of the Arts is set to take on their familiar foe Putnam at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Canby will face off against rival Wilsonville at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Cougars 3.3, the Wildcats 3.8) so any runs scored will be well earned.
