Softball Recap: McCallum Knights vs. Navarro Vikings
McCallum was handed a heart-breaking two-run loss in their last matchup, but they sure didn't let that happen against Navarro on Tuesday. The Knights never let the Vikings get on the board and left with a 30-0 win. The Knights haven't had any issues with the Vikings recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive victory against them.

Tallulah McColgin made a big impact no matter where she played. She pitched three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. What's more, she posted four strikeouts, the most she's had since back in March of 2025. She was also stellar in the batter's box, getting on base in four of her five plate appearances with three runs, three RBI, and one triple.
In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Dot McColgin, who fired off four runs, two triples, and five RBI while going 4-for-5. Those hits marked the first that she has got this season. Lucy Grantham was another key player, going 2-for-4 with one home run, four runs, and four RBI.
McCallum always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .721. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Navarro only posted an OBP of .111.
