Volleyball Recap: Mora Takes a Loss

Mora came into their game on Thursday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 3-0 to the Mesa Vista Trojans. While getting shut out isn't ideal, the Rangers/Rangerettes haven't been shut out since back in September.

While Mora was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-23, 25-11.

Mora has been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 10-13 record this season. As for Mesa Vista, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 13-10.

As of now, neither Mora nor the Trojans have any future games scheduled.
