Baseball Recap: Trinity Comes Up Short

Trinity lost to Union Pines back in April of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Bulldogs came up short against the Vikings, falling 9-2. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Bulldogs have suffered since April 25, 2025.

Trinity's defeat dropped their record down to 3-2. As for Union Pines, the win got them back to even at 2-2.

Coming up, Trinity will square off against Western Alamance at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Union Pines, they didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-1 victory against West Johnston on the 6th.
