Basketball Recap: Platte Valley Gets the Win + How To Watch

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Forge Christian, Platte Valley was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They walked away with a 72-59 victory over the Valley Vikings. The win continues a trend for the Broncos in their matchups with the Vikings: they've now won eight in a row.

Platte Valley had a senior duo take command as Regan Edstrom shot 55% from beyond the arc en route to 26 points and Rocco Minner posted 12 points. Dominic Maldonado was another key player, putting up seven points.

Valley lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Maddox Woolverton, who went 9-for-21 on his way to 19 points and five steals. Another player making a difference was Seth Kissler, who almost dropped a double-double with 11 points and nine boards.
