Softball Recap: Kofa Comes Up Short

Kofa was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 11-1 to the Fountain Valley Barons. That's two games in a row now that the Kings have lost by exactly ten runs.

Kofa's loss dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Fountain Valley, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Kofa wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 12-2 defeat against South Hills on the 7th. As for Fountain Valley, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 9-8 win against Campo Verde on the 8th.
