Coleman dropped their record down to 8-14 on Thursday, which also ended the team's four-game streak of wins. They came up short against the Glenn Bobcats, falling 13-2. Having soared to a lofty 22 runs in the game before, the Comets couldn't push the score so high this time.

Coleman saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Kendall Allen, who went 1-for-3 with two RBI.

As for Glenn, their win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 8-6. Considering they have won six matchups by more than ten runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

On Glenn's side, the team relied heavily on Hadley Keister, who went 2-for-3 with two runs, two RBI, and one double. The team also got some help courtesy of Kate Cataline, who went 2-for-3 with four RBI and one double.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Glenn beat Coleman by a score of 13-3 later that day.
