Basketball Recap: Memphis Takes a Loss

Memphis was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a blow against the Brown City Green Devils, falling 61-29. While losing is never fun, the Yellowjackets can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Michigan basketball rankings (they are ranked 521st, while the Green Devils are ranked 260th).

Memphis' defeat dropped their record down to 4-9. As for Brown City, their victory bumped their record up to 10-4.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing Marlette the next time they take the court. Memphis will host Marlette at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, while Brown City will head out to face them at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
